225th Anniversary Siege of Charleston

Magnolia Plantation (http://www.magnoliaplantation.org) is an old South Carolina mansion and garden outside of which the Americans camped during our reenactment. The plantation is known for the first "American Garden" where decorations were placed around American plant species instead of the formal English gardens with imported plants. The plantation is also known for its past of slavery and still has several antebellums. Tourists can also walk nature paths, including a Southern swamp.
